About the Program

The Executive Master’s Program Series is a unique collection of six professional postgraduate degrees crafted for Christian leaders, theologians, peacebuilders, and innovators who seek to engage theology with real-world leadership and transformation.

Developed by the Institute for African Church Movement (IACM) under the African United Christian Leaders Association, Nigeria (AUCLAN), each program bridges spiritual formation, academic excellence, and strategic leadership for sustainable impact.

These programs are ideal for pastors, professionals, policymakers, and development practitioners who want to integrate faith, mission, and leadership in responding to Africa’s and the global Church’s evolving challenges.

Our Vision

To shape a generation of contextually grounded, theologically sound, and missionally strategic Christian leaders who can influence the Church, society, and governance systems with wisdom, integrity, and innovation.

Program Philosophy

  2. Missional Engagement – Training leaders to serve their contexts with relevance and compassion.
  3. Strategic Leadership – Equipping professionals to design and execute faith-based solutions for complex challenges.

Each course is both a journey of transformation and a tool for impact.
